    oh yes. Such fun waiting years to see a consultant. So good seeing one's Local Lib Dems proposing nurse-led WICS to solve the problem that there aren't enough doctors. So great dying while waiting for an ambulance...

    My original was posted before Edwina Hart (Labour) announced plans to undo the structure put in place by Jane Hutt (Labour) :-(
