A flagship One Wales pledge to give grants to first time buyers so as to make their homes more energy efficient has been quietly dropped by the Welsh Government due to a lack of interest.
The whole home heating thing is a joke with my mum having to wait three years after an initial survey for having central heating put into her terrace house; she's now moved in with us, without the central heating being installed.
However, I did notice that there's been several aerial walkways for dormice installed by WAG at a cost of serveral tens of thousands of pounds, money well spent!
