We have to recognise that a significant minority of people across Wales voted for UKIP. They must have had reasons for doing so. We can't dismiss all of it as a protest vote. We need to identify those reasons and deal with them.
The media also have a duty to report on the performance of UKIP in the Senedd. That way, the people who voted for them will see whether the new AMs fulfill their expectations.
