Totally agree with you, and what about those on low incomes which have Cold Weather Payment?
In the various valley communities in Bridgend County, their "temperature" is measured at St Athan on the coast in the County of the Vale of Glamorgan.
To qualify for Cold Weather Payments, the temperature has to be 0ÂșC or below for seven days on the trot, measured at the weather station in St Athan.
