Cllr Keogh joins Labour
Word-of-mouth has it that Councillor Dennis Keogh (Ratepayer, Port Talbot) has joined the Labour group on Neath Port Talbot CBC.

Keep checking the NPTCBC website of County Councillors!
Hopefully, the ratprayers days in NPT are numbered. Yet another nail in the coffin.
Confirmed in the Evening Post today, 2nd July.
A number of reasons given by Cllr Keogh for joining water, none of which hold much water.
Again, the question needs to be asked, why not go independent?
