The Observer backs LibDems for Euro elections

Tories and Labour have shot themselves in the foot (with both barrels) over the past month, minority parties are here today gone tomorrow.

Most parties on the ballot paper have an anti-European mandate.

Plaid is there for Welsh Farmers, and North Walian farmers at that.

Only the Lib Dems would work for Wales in Europe with a very good candidate in pole position on the list!

I couldn't agree with you more about our no. 1 candidate. No. 2 would shake things up in Brussels if we could get both in!

I wouldn't make assumptions about the way Welsh farmers vote, though.
